At The Aras Music Festival, we want your experience to be seamless. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund terms for all ticketed events.

Ticket Cancellations by You (The Customer)

We offer refunds based on when you cancel relative to the event date (No questions asked on cancellation) :

30+ days before the event: Full refund, minus a 5% processing fee.

7–29 days before the event: 50% refund.

Less than 7 days before the event: No refund. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no additional cost by contacting our support team.

After the event has started: No refunds or transfers available.

Event Cancellations by The Aras (Full Cancellation)

If we cancel an event entirely, you have two options:

  1. Full refund – We'll process it within 14 business days to your original payment method.

  2. Transfer to future event – Redeem your ticket value toward any future Aras event (valid for 12 months).

Event Postponement or Rescheduling

If we reschedule an event to a different date due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • Your ticket automatically transfers to the new date at no cost.

  • If the new date doesn't work for you, you may request a full refund up to 7 days after we announce the new date.

  • We will communicate postponement details as soon as possible.

Weather & Force Majeure

The Aras is committed to running events as planned. However, in rare cases of extreme weather, natural disaster, or other circumstances beyond our control that pose genuine safety risks, we may:

  • Postpone the event to a later date (your ticket transfers automatically).

  • Cancel the event entirely (see "Event Cancellations by The Aras" above for refund/transfer options).

We do not issue refunds for mild weather conditions. Aras events are designed to be enjoyed rain or shine, and we take all reasonable precautions to ensure attendee safety and comfort.

Venue or Regulatory Cancellations

If a venue becomes unavailable, or if government regulations prevent the event from proceeding, we treat this as an event cancellation and will offer a full refund or transfer to a future event.

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

  1. Contact our support team at [contact@armf.in] with your ticket confirmation number.

  2. Include the reason for your cancellation request.

  3. We'll respond within 48 hours to confirm the refund or transfer details.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

No-Show Policy

If you hold a valid ticket but do not attend the event, no refund will be issued. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person for future Aras events (subject to availability and timing).

Special Circumstances

If you believe your cancellation request falls outside these standard terms due to exceptional circumstances (medical emergency, bereavement, etc.), contact our support team with documentation. We'll review requests on a case-by-case basis.

Policy Changes

The Aras reserves the right to update this policy. Changes will be announced 30 days in advance and will not apply retroactively to previously purchased tickets.
